All our jewellery is beautifully presented and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.  We use Royal Mail and DHL and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt.

UK £7.50 per order Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
OUTSIDE UK £15.00 per order DHL/Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For.  Delivery 5-10 days.

Orders over £100 are sent Royal Mail or DHL at our discretion.

Europe : 6 - 15 business days.
United States : 10 - 21 business days

DHL estimated delivery times are :
Europe : 2 - 4 business days.
United States : 3 - 8 business days.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand : 5 - 10 business days.

Japan : 3 - 8 business days.

DHL Express service at our discretion on selected higher value items shipped overseas. 


PLEASE NOTE : Regretfully we no longer ship to Germany because of the complex packaging restrictions/registration.  Also we do not ship to France because diamonds require an independent French Broker for import clearance.  Sadly at this moment we no longer ship to Russia and Ukraine.

Customs Duty & Tax :
If you are outside the UK you may be liable to pay Customs Duty/VAT/GST/Tax on your purchase.  Importing rules are different for each country so please check your countries regulations before placing an order. Any import charges levied by the destination country are always the responsibilty of and payable by the buyer. 

RETURNS

We are happy to do a refund for any reason if you decide the item isn't right for you.  Contact us via email so we can give you the returns address.  You have 14 days from receipt of the item to send it back.

The following conditions apply.

1 : Item must be in the original condition, we will not accept a return if the ring has been resized or the item altered in any way. 
2 : Please keep the inventory tag attached to the ring or itemWe will not accept a return if the inventory tag is missing.
 3 : Item must be returned in the presentation box and carefully packed.
 4 : Items which have been re-sized by our jeweller cannot be returned as they are considered to be a custom order.

It is recommended that you use a tracked service and send us the tracking number.  Shipping from the Vintage Jewel Box and return shipping to Vintage Jewel Box is not refundable.

Please note, any order cancelled before being shipped will be refunded minus the transaction fee charged to VJB by the payment provider who processed the order.
If an overseas shipment is returned as refused to sign for/not accepted by the buyer all transaction fees, shipping and UK import charges will be deducted from the refund.

Vintage Jewel Box is not VAT registered.
