All our jewellery is beautifully presented and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.  We use Royal Mail and DHL and aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

UK : Free Royal Mail 24hr-48hr tracked & signed for delivery.  
OUTSIDE UK £15.00 per order DHL/Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For.  Delivery 5-10 days.

Orders over £100 are sent Royal Mail or DHL at our discretion.

Royal Mail Estimated delivery times are :
United States : 7 - 10 business days. Shipped DDP.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand : 14 - 21 business days. Shipped DAP/DUP.
Japan : 7 - 21 business days. Shipped DAP/DUP.

DHL estimated delivery times are :
United States : 3 - 5  business days.  All US orders are shipped delivery duty paid DDP.
Canada, Australia, New Zealand : 5 - 10 business days. Shipped DAP/DDU.
Japan : 3 - 8 business days. Shipped DAP/DDU.

DHL Express service at our discretion on selected higher value items shipped overseas. 

PLEASE NOTE : Regretfully we no longer ship to the EU because of the increasing complexities of the Eurozone cross border trading rules and regulations.

CUSTOMS DUTY : TARIFFS : TAXES : ETC

BUYERS outside the UK are responsible for paying any tariffs, customs duties, taxes and fees etc.
USA buyers, please note customs duty and tariffs are calculated and added at checkout so your order can be shipped and delivered duty paid.
BUYERS outside the UK or USA, please note we do not collect duty and taxes at checkout so your order is shipped DAP/DDU, duty and taxes unpaid. 
If you have any duty or taxes to pay DHL will contact you by call/text or email to take payment on behalf of Border Control authorities.
Please note that marking the item as 'Gift' does not exempt you from paying any due charges.

RETURNS

We are happy to do a refund for any reason if you decide the item isn't right for you.  Contact us via email so we can give you the returns address.  You have 14 days from receipt of the item to send it back.

The following conditions apply.

1 : Please keep the inventory tag attached to the ring or item.  We will not accept a return if the inventory tag is missing.
2 : Item must be in the original condition, we will not accept a return if the ring has been resized or the item altered in any way. 
3 : Item must be returned in the presentation box and carefully packed.
4 : Items which have been re-sized by our jeweller cannot be returned as they are considered to be a custom order.

It is recommended that you use a tracked service and send us the tracking number.  Shipping from the Vintage Jewel Box and return shipping to Vintage Jewel Box is not refundable.

Please note, any order cancelled before being shipped will be refunded minus the transaction fee charged to VJB by the payment provider who processed the order.
If an overseas shipment is returned as : refused to sign for/not accepted by the buyer/duty unpaid,  all transaction fees, return shipping and UK import charges will be deducted from the refund.
